The asset manager specialises in illiquid assets in private markets, such as loans to European mid-cap companies, infrastructure projects and asset-backed bonds.<\/p>\n<p>Insurance companies in particular often have their own investment vehicles for alternative investments, which have arisen due to regulatory and accounting requirements, among other things. Asset managers must therefore be flexible in their investment solutions.
